Embark on a gastronomic dining weekend experience with Anantara Hoi An’s Executive Chef, Geert-Jan Vaartjes, who will be joined by Chef, Olivier Corticchiato, Owner of Le Comptoir Restaurant in Da Nang.
The chefs will be creating French-inspired dishes paired with exquisite Penfolds wines, including the ultimate 2010 Penfolds Grange, voted one of the best ever South Australian vintages.
Born in Lyon and with a passion for French cuisine, Chef Olivier honed his expertise through different experiences in Michelin star restaurants in France, before moving to Hong Kong and now owning his own restaurant, Le Comptoir, in Da Nang.
